PRUVIX AI provides an AI-powered digital twin platform that captures and deploys the cognitive workflows of top performers. Our services include the Capture Engine, Decision Modeling, Twin Deployment, Workflow Mapping, and Skill Library modules.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The PRUVIX AI platform, including all software, algorithms, and content, is owned by PRUVIX AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide to the platform. By using our services, you grant us a license to use your data to provide and improve our services.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the operation of our services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRUVIX AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
